Do you provide delivery and setup?

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all rental items to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Our team will handle everything so you can focus on enjoying your event.

How far in advance book?

We recommend booking our rental services at least 14 days in advance and our planning services 2-3 months ahead, especially for popular dates and peak seasons. Planning ahead helps ensure availability and allows us to meet all your event needs effectively.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if canceled 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days may incur a fee depending on the circumstances.
